After we landed in Mykonos the first impression for us was a bit different from what we had expected. More so since we were heading there from Athens the green capital city which was full of pleasant surprises. Unlike Athens a green city, Mykonos was a rocky terrain all the way from the airport to our hotel Anna Maria. But the first impression would change soon for you as well like it happened for us. You just have to wait a while till you reach Chora the heart of Mykonos. And your love story with this beautiful Greek city on Aegean Sea would start immediately thereafter.

An evening in Chora

Well that’s the beauty of the city center of Mykonos called as Chora, meaning ‘Town’ in Greek. The walk through the narrow cobbled streets feels magical. With the colors all around. Past the white, the blue, the red, the historical homes and churches leading to the blue of Aegean sea. And every visitor must be taking this walk many a times during their holidays here because there is so much to do and feel.

For us it was our third time and this time reaching here late in the evening just before sunset and hanging around till dinner. After we had spent a lovely morning and afternoon in the happening Paradise Beach.
