City Center & Bus Stand

If you are staying in Fira or Kamari instead of Oia, you can avail public buses to reach here. Buses leave every 15-30 mins from Kamari for Fira where you need to changes buses leaving for Oia. Since Oia is packed with visitors from May till October, the queues are long at times. Tickets need to be purchased inside the bus.

The city center is just a stop point with few shops and eating joints as we move towards the narrow lanes of Oia village. The lanes inside is packed with tourists and you at times have to brush against each other to move forward. Come experience it as we start the journey. And don’t forget to spend some time in Atlantis Books as you go past the famous bookstore.
