Not being a winter person- I love to visit the mountains in the spring, summer and fall. And, if ever in Switzerland this would definitely be one to visit. I love the anticipation of taking the cable car up to the summit and take in those views.

Great blog on Mt. Titlis! I have visited Switzerland and enjoyed the Jungfraujoch and Mt. Pilatus but missed Mt. Titlis. Your images area awesome. I love that image of the hotel ‘Hotel Terrace’ and its location. 🙂

  3. Switzerland is in my bucket since long. I have curated all blogs and itineraries to visit this place at least for 15 days. Your Mt. Titlis post tickles me again to visit this beautiful place soon. The pictures and description are so much informative. Saving it for future ref.

  4. Mount Titlis is such a heavenly place.I would love to ride the cable car and the train ride from Lucerne to Endelberg to enjoy the scenic view from the window.
    Thank you for sharing!

  5. We enjoyed our visit to Switzerland but we definitely did not spend enough time in the mountains. Mt Titlis looks like a great spot to visit. Good to know you can do it as a day trip trot from Lucerne. But I might want to stay longer and enjoy the mountain town. We would definitely want to make it all the way to the Fourth Level.

  6. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get to Mt Titlis when I visited Zurich. I always had this on my list but because I did not have time, I couldn’t visit it. I will make sure I visit it the next time I am in Swiss. I definitely would love a cable car ride with such spectacular views.

  7. Breathtaking views, wow! It’s not difficult to see why this is is a popular tourist destination – it has everything from an ice cave and glacier walk, to a suspension bridge that crosses over the valley floor! Truly, a great way to experience the beauty of Europe’s alpine region.

  8. Being a sucker for mountains, I have extensively explored the Great Himalayas. Exploring Andes and Alps mountain ranges are next on my agenda. That lake looks straight out of the Kashmir great lakes trek. Beautiful pictures!
