Reaching Mykonos
Although we took the flight option from Athens to Mykonos, the ferries are a great way to experience the beauty of Agean sea and the numerous islands. You could be arriving from Athens, Santorini or any of the other islands. We did the Mykonos to Santorini ferry journey and it was such a fabulous experience.

Most hotels have a check-in time of 2-3 PM. And hotels all around in Mykonos provide complimentary pick up and drop to the airport and the port. Hence do check this out while you are booking your hotel. We reached our hotel much before our check-in time but didn’t have to wait much. We freshened up in a while and were ready to move by 4 PM. Probably that’s around the time you too would be able to move out from your hotel. Where do we head to?
Day 1
Head to Chora
The real charm of Mykonos the Island of the winds lies in the heart of town Chora. The walk through the narrow cobbled streets right down to the Old Port is amazing to say the least. Different lanes take you to the different part of the Agean seafront. You can spend hours here till late evening followed by your dinner before retiring for the night. So what are the things to do?

Day 4
Take a Day Tour to Delos
Delos is an ancient Greek archaeological site in the Cyclades archipelago of Agean sea. Besides being the birthplace of Apollo it was a religious center and port in the 1st millennium B.C. The ruins excavated include temples, markets, amphitheater, houses and the iconic Terrace of the Lions statues. The Archaeological Museum displays these statues. If you love history and archaeological sites, you must not miss this tour.
